Barbara L. Taylor was born in Newelton, Louisiana on March 8, 1931 to Wilson and Willie Mae Scott. Later in life she met and married Arthur L. Taylor whom all preceded her in death. Barbara accepted Christ at an early age. On December 14, 2012 the Lord called her home.
She leaves to mourn Diana Giles, Cynthia Taylor, Micheal Freeman, Jacqueline Hollie, Lauretta Strauss, Wilma, Charlie, Cherry, Sheila Parker, family, friends and a host of great nieces and nephews
