Beatrice Butler was born on June 3, 1954 to Frank Burris and Dora Lee Walker in Bakersfield, CA. In the 60's the family moved to Long Beach, CA.
Beatrice was the second child of Dora Lee Walker. She was a loving and loyal daughter; and wife of Frenchie Butler for several years. The love of Christ was evident at an early age. Beatrice would quote many scriptures on any given day.
Beatrice especially enjoyed family gatherings with her sisters Della Monroe, Shirley Mizell (who preceded her in death), Sheila Odebert, Vera and Vickie Sanders, Jaclyn Walker and brothers George Sanders and Jerry and Troy Austin.
Beatrice Let Go and Let God on July 18, 2015 and left in Gods hands her children Marcus Tate, Mika Wayne, Carrell Wayne, Nakama Butler, Frank Butler and Riva McGee and host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
