Obituary

Chevelle Renee Valerio affectionately known as "Renee" was born on November 15, 1963 to Dorothy Brown and Frank Henderson; later adopted by Roger Brown.

Growing up, Renee attended Reid High School and graduated January 1981. Later on she met Navy Man Niviades Valerio and were married in Las Vegas, NV on April 26, 1986. Renee always had a helping hand and a open heart. When she wasn't surrounded by her loved ones you could find her at BINGO.

On August 31, 2014 the Lord called Renee home. She is preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Brown; father(s) Roger Brown and Frank Henderson; sister Tasha Brown; brother An'dre and Maurice Brown, Sr. and nephew Byron Miller, Jr.

Renee leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband Niviades Valerio; four daughters Shawndrika Brown, Equilla Valerio, Shanell Valerio and Evelyn Valerio; two sons Kenneth Thompson and Nicholas Valerio; five grandchildren Derion Harris, Dre'shawn Harris, Leah Valerio, Jimmy Johnson, Jr. and Jeremiah Valerio all of Long Beach, CA; brothers Gregory Brown and Lawrence Blount of Long Beach, CA, Danny Brown of Nevada and Albert Johns of Sacramento, CA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, other relatives and friends.

Renee will be missed but never forgotten.
