Delmina Dickinson, was born to the union of Dorsey and Moveline Kiel-Dickinson on August 2, 1926 in Coffeeville, Alabama. Delmina was the fifth of ten siblings: Louise, McKinley (Mac), Anniemae, Evander, James, Johnnie, Naomi, Gross, and Carrie, seven have proceeded her in death.

During her early years, Delmina attended Clark County Training School located in Coffeeville, Alabama.

Delmina Prophesied that she would marry the handsome Isiah Fluker, and on September 24th 1943, she married him, in Coffeeville, Alabama.

Delmina received salvation and the infilling of the Holy Spirit at an early age under the leadership of Elder Ernest Kiel at Coffeeville Church of God in Christ (COGIC).

Delmina and Isiah moved to Long Beach, California in 1953, with their four children, Moveline (Dimple), Isiah Jr. (Junior), Lucille (Stine) and Howard(Earl) Fluker. They Later adopted three children, Tanya, Andrell (Ronnie), and Ronald.

During her life Delmina and Isiah parented over a hundred foster children. Delmina was gifted with her hands she loved cooking for family, friends, and the community. Her personal ministry was dedicated to teaching women how to love and care for themselves and their families.

Delmina and Isiah attended White Rose COGIC under the leadership of the late Elder Tillman. They also attended Hill Street COGIC under the leadership of Elder Covington where they served faithfully until 1960. Bishop Fluker founded and pastored the Bread of Life Church of God, later becoming Greater Light Apostolic Faith Temple in Long Beach, California. Lady Delmina served with her Husband when he was ordained Bishop in 1972 under the presiding Bishop Frank Canada,

Delmina, after the death of her husband, attended Love and Unity Christian Fellowship, along with her daughter Lucille, under the leadership of Apostle Ronald C. Hill where she was a member until her passing.

Delmina was preceded in death by her husband Bishop Isaiah and daughter Lucille Fluker. She leaves to cherish her memory, brother Evander Dickinson (Eula M. Dickinson), sisters Naomi Bates and Carrie Huffman (Will Huffam), sister in-law Mary Fluker-Warner. Daughter Moveline Smart (Bishop Alfred L. Smart), Son Isiah Fluker Jr. (Sorphea Fluker), Son Howard Earl Fluker, daughter Tanya Fluker-Carlton, son Andrell Hunter (Ronnie Fluker), and son Ronald Fluker.

Grandchildren: Kim, Marlin, Kayla, and Shannon Smart, Dionne, Crystal, Thomas, Lauren, Cecilia, Andrell Jr., Christian, Myriah, and Britney. Nineteen great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren, God children, over a hundred foster children and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and Beloved Church Family.
