Levert Da'mar Haywood was born in Los Angeles, California on November 9, 1987. He was delivered by his grandmother Betty Blackstone. Levert was the fourth oldest of nine children of proud parents Stacy Randolph and David Haywood.

Levert attended Lincoln Elementary School, Captain Raymond Collins Academy and University High where he played football. Levert accept Christ at a very young age. He was baptized at the Church of Christ and later joined Myrtle Church of Christ where he attended until his death. Levert had a loving heart and spirit. Levert had a very strong sense of family and enjoyed family celebrations an and gatherings. He kept everyone laughing with his jokes and signature dance moves. Levert was always there when his brothers and sisters needed him. He was generous, loving and a caring person.

Levert's grandmothers Betty Blackstone and Kareemah Shakir; grandfather James Randolph; one brother James Kennedy and one aunt Jane Williams all preceded him in death.
