Funeral Service is Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 11am at Love and Unity Christian Fellowship 1840 S. Wilmington Ave Compton, CA 90220
Interment will be private.
Obituary
Lucille Earnestine Fluker was born October 27, 1947 in Mobile Alabama. She was the third child of Bishop Isaiah Fluker (who preceded her in death) and Delmina Fluker. The family then moved to Long Beach California in 1953. Lucille was a talented and incredibly sociable person who believed in keeping her family united until her death on September 26, 2015. Lucille had a special talent of finding long lost family members to unite them with existing family who were present in her life. Lucille was gifted in organization and administration skills to which she did with excellence.
Lucille graduated from Long Beach Poly High School in 1965 and then attended Long Beach City College where she received her degree in Early Childhood Education. She then went on to receive her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology from Sothern California Community Bible College.
Lucille received Salvation and the infilling of the Holy Spirit at the tender age of 14. Under her father, Bishop Isaiah Fluker, she grew in wisdom and knowledge of the things of God. She served in every capacity of her father's ministry including administrator, Sunday school teacher, Choir director, Praise and worship leader and the list goes on.
After the death of her father she then attended Love and Unity Christian Fellowship under the leadership of Apostle Ronald C. Hill where she attended until her passing.
Lucille leaves to cherish her memory her mother Delmina Fluker, (Bishop Isaiah Fluker, who preceded her in death), Sister Moveline Smart (Bishop Alfred L Smart), Brother Isaiah Fluker Jr (Sophia Fluker) Brother Howard Earl Fluker, Sister Tanya Fluker- Carlton, Brother Andrell Hunter (Ronnie), Brother Ronald Fluker, Uncle Evander Dickinson (Eula M Dickinson), Aunt Naomi Bates, Aunt Carrie Huffman (Will Huffman) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, God children, and friends.
