Lynn Auther Talbott was born at Long Beach Community Hospital, Long Beach, CA on December 7, 1958 to Charles and Mitzi Talbott.

Lynn lived in Long Beach all of his life; he attended John Muir Elementary, Stephens Jr. High and Millikan High School. As a young kid he played Pop Warner Football for the Wilmington Pilots. At the age of 12 he played baseball for the Cubs. As a teenager at age 13 Lynn played International Basketball for Pete Perrucchio.

Lynn was member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church and was baptized.

Lynn leaves to cherish his memories his mother Mitzi Talbott; father Charles Talbott; brothers David Talbott and Kenney Talbott; sisters Vickie (Clarence) Martin and Deborah (Ervin) Strain; nephews Calvin, David Jr., Joshua and Kenneth; nieces Shaneece, Deanna, Shareece and Diane; great nieces Aniyah and Sahmiyah; great nephew Josiah; 3 aunts; one uncle and a host of cousins other relatives and friends.
