Obituary

Norriswell McClinton Jr, known to all who loved him as Junior, was born on October 5, 1978 to parents Norriswell McClinton Sr.(whom preceded him in death) and Erma Jean McClinton in Long Beach, CA. He accepted Christ as his personal Savior at an early age. Junior graduated from Lakewood High in 1997. After graduation, Junior pursued a career with the Department of Forestry in Chico, CA becoming a Firefighter which was one of his lifelong dreams.

Junior was never the type to give up on anything he put his mind to. He made a point to always finish what he started. He wanted nothing but the best for himself and of course his family.

Juniors' energetic and adventurous personality lead him to travel
to many parts of the world including Hawaii, Italy, France and
numerous other places. During his travels, Junior was able to touch the lives of everyone he came in contact with. He loved music and his voice would brighten the room when he sang at the karaoke bars.

Junior was also a die-hard sports fan who loved the USC Trojans.
You could always catch him in front of the television coaching
and cheering his team on. His favorite basketball team was the
Los Angeles Lakers and NFL team the Los Angeles now
Oakland Raiders. He also enjoyed watching the news from all around the world along with the History channel.

Junior never lost his walk with the Lord. On December 3, 2013 in Tacoma, WA the Lord called Junior home to receive his heavenly reward.

Junior leaves to cherish in his loving memory his loving
mother Erma McClinton, brother Eric Daniels, sister Bernadette
McClinton-Cradler, brother in-law Jeffrey Cradler and a host of
other family and friends whom will love and miss him dearly.
